Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all purchases within three to five working days, (although many will be shipped faster than this) and delivery time should be within two to three business days, you will receive an order number and confirmation email containing any tracking codes. If your package has not arrived within that timeframe or there are tracking issues please get in touch. We currently use packaging as part of our commitment to greater environmentally friendly business practices.

Please Note - Any and all customs charges and/or Import Tax is not cover by us. This will have to covered by yourself as the customer if you are are ordering from outside the UK.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide a refund. As in keeping with UK Law, you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to let us know that you would like a refund. After that you have 14 days to return your purchases. Upon receiving your returns we will initiate a refund to you.

Please Note - You will have to cover the postal cost of returning your order. Only once we have received your returned purchases will we issue a refund. Without a return of our products we cannot issue a refund. This is in keeping with UK Law.
