Shipping policy

We aim to ship all purchases within three to five working days, (although many will be shipped faster than this) and delivery time should be within which ever postal package you have chosen at checkout. You will receive an order number and confirmation email containing any tracking codes. If your package has not arrived within the time frame or there are tracking issues please get in touch. We currently use eco-friendly or reusable packaging as part of our commitment to greater environmentally friendly business practices. 

 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE EU, THE USA AND Israel

Sadly we are no longer able to ship to the EU due to law changes in the UK. As soon as we know more and the government provides us a work around we will be back to shipping to the EU. If you do buy from us by accident, your order will be refunded, minus transaction costs. Thank you for your understanding at this time as things are changing.

Also we do not ship to the USA as the increased tariff prices have made it impossible. If/when this changes in the future we will begin to ship out to the USA again. We will keep you informed if/when this change happens. Thank  you for your understanding at this time.

We do not ship to Israel. Given the ongoing genocide and the actions of the Israeli government and the IDF, we do not support such actions. Our shop is not open to Israel and it will remain so as this situation develops in Palestine and greater parts of West Asia. 

 

Please Note - Any and all customs charges and/or Import Tax is not covered by us. This will have to covered by yourself as the customer if you are are ordering from outside the UK.
